When your word isn’t enough, build the record.
CaseBuilder is a private place to put what happened to you on the record: the dates, the documents, who was involved, exactly what was said and by whom, and what is still missing.
It runs on one discipline: every claim is marked for what it is, every claim points at its source, and nothing is dressed up as more than it is.
It is not a lawyer and gives no legal advice; it gives you the record a lawyer, a hearing, or a doubter will ask for.
Built first for people pushed out by an accusation they never got to answer, and for anyone who has to prove what happened to them: at work, at school, in housing, in a family, with nothing but a phone if that is what you have.
Not legal advice. A record you control.
How it works
A record is built in an order, because each part needs the one before it. Documents come first: a claim with nothing behind it is only a claim, so you gather what you have before you say what it shows.
- DocumentsWhat you have in writing, on a screen, or on a recording. Everything else points here.
- ClaimsWhat is being said, by whom, each one marked for what it is and tied to a document.
- TimelineWhen each thing happened, in order, each date backed by something.
- QuotesExact words, verbatim, with where they come from.
- Were you asked? For every allegation: was the person it names ever given a chance to respond?
Every claim in the record carries one of five stamps. The stamp says what kind of thing it is, so nothing is dressed up as more than it is, and a reader who doubts you can see exactly what rests on what.
- Verified
VFA document, recording, filing or record shows it. The bedrock. - Quoted
AQSomeone’s exact words, tied to them. Verbatim or it is not a quote. - Alleged
AASomething someone claims that is not independently established yet, including what they say about you. It gets a voice, never a verdict. - Argued
IFYour reading of the record. Welcome; never dressed up as proof. - Mood only
VMContext and feeling. Never stands in for evidence.

Free where it costs us nothing
The line between free and paid is not drawn for profit. It is the line where a feature costs real money per person: speech, reading scans, the strongest models, storage on our side. Everything that runs on your own phone, on infrastructure we already pay for, is free. Paid features recover what they cost. Prices are set from cost and published before the first release, as a monthly plan, a price per active record, or a one-time pack.

| Publishing a record, after everyone it names has been asked to respond | — | Later | Later |
“First release” means planned for the first version people can use; nothing on this page exists yet. Groups: sponsored seats.
Your record stays yours
In the free version the record lives on your device. We cannot read it, so we cannot hand it over. Paid features that run on our side see only what they need, each one with your consent, with a stated retention period, and with deletion on request. There are no trackers on this site or in the product.
One thing to know before you write anything down anywhere: what you record can be demanded in a proceeding. Writing it in an app does not protect it. The method is the protection: facts with their sources, allegations marked as allegations, and feelings kept to Mood only. A share for your lawyer exists so they can take the record over when the time comes.
